Founded in 1982, NAS Australia is a family-owned and -operated wholesaler providing cutting-edge television and satellite reception, custom installation and security products. Over the last four decades, the Queensland wholesaler has expanded to sell and support a variety of data, security and system integration products in Australia. 

As NAS Australia continued to expand their product offering with ambitions of becoming a multi-location wholesaler, they found their management system, Arrow, could no longer cope with demands. The system offered limited multi-branch options, an unsupported underlying operating system and focused mainly on financial tracking, which meant investing in a collection of unconnected management tools. 

Requiring a unified system, NAS Australia turned to NetSuite. NetSuite provided a unified business management system with the ability to separate product ranges into multiple pillars and support managers with product sales, inventory management and product development. NAS Australia now had visibility across operations— branch and countrywide—to track, share and analyse product performance and make informed decisions in real-time. 

NetSuite’s scalable cloud-based system also meant the business could expand rapidly into new markets and locations quickly when presented with an opportunity. In fact, NAS Australia spent only 60 days from idea to launch on their Sunshine Coast branch.
